This item can be shipped outside of Japan.
What you can see is the somewhat randomly placed triangles on the top and there is a little hole in the centre. It also appears to be a drawer on one side of the box and it is tightly locked.
The hint is the title; Ninja, which means a fighter who hidingly move around to hit the target and it often carry a small sword and shuriken (i.e. a star shaped throwing weapon). Oh, I might have given you too much information. Oops!
