This karakuri puzzle box, Ripple out, was created by Mr. Osamu Kasho. Although it is very expensive as a box, it is really well made and is like a piece of furniture quality.
Two wooden plates with the semi circular designs are placed on the top and they slide to right and left. When the two plates are located to a right position, then the drawer opens.
It is not that hard to open, but very sophisticated and mechanically interesting box.
